As a second generation Real Estate professional, Scott began his career working in his parents residential real estate company, and started rehabbing homes in his early teens. With a heavy focus on computer science, Scott graduated  with a degree in Business management, and immediately started   pursuing leveraged income. Shortly after college, Scott gained a series 7, series 63, life accident and health, and property and casualty licenses, as well as completing the certification training for residential real estate agents. After spending over a dozen years as one of the top income earners for a 93 year old direct sales company, Scott turned his attention to his dual passions of technology and real estate. In 1999, Scott started his first of many internet based virtual companies providing leads to the direct sales industry.

In 2001 Scott partnered with Ski Sullivan and James Oznick to form the first online success training company, "The Success Website". Subscribers to the site were introduced to the country's top educators and motivators such as, Robert Kiyosaki, Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Les Brown, and Franco Carlotto (3 time Mr. world fitness). Through the Success Website, subscribers were taught the basics of internet marketing, residual passive income generation, and personal development skills.

Today Scott owns and manages a wide variety of internet properties, primarily focused around residential real estate, real estate lead generation, real estate investing, and education.

Scott lives and works from his home in Dallas, he is an avid SCUBA diver and enjoys routine trips to Mexico and the Caribbean. Scott is also has a passion for distance running and having completed several 1/2 marathons, and completing the Dallas White Rock Marathon 2005, in 04:27:21.

Todd owns and operates the second largest Auto Responder company on the internet today, with thousands of clients around the world. Todd has become one of the preeminent experts on permission marketing, email marketing, and residual income generation. Along with his Auto responder company, Todd's strong background in web design, Perl, CGI, and PHP coding, has allowed him to develop and grow several of the internet's top residual income producing businesses.

Todd broke new ground on the internet in 2001, having developed the worlds first Pay Pal based, real time, multi tiered, affiliate payment system. Todd has built his affiliate payment system in to a number of his own projects as well as for high end large volume affiliate managers.

In addition to his internet properties, Todd uses his background as a physical therapist, and owns and manages a health care products company distributing millions of dollars a year in cutting edge nutriceuticals.

A father of three, Todd now enjoys spending the majority of his time with his growing family, and along with his oldest son recently achieved the status of Black Belt in Karate.
